A SENSORY RECONNECTION RETREAT
MONDAY AUG 24TH - SUNDAY AUG 30TH, 2026
Imagine yourself on a lush mountaintop overlooking the Aegean Sea, where azure waters meet endless sky—this is your week, a sacred pause dedicated to self-love and connection. Through the moving meditation of yoga, the grounding creativity of ceramics, and the transformative resonance of sound healing, you'll reconnect with your vitality.
When we carve out intentional space, we rewire our cells to live from embodied flow. Replenish your senses as you reconnect with the four elements—Water's fluidity, Earth's steadiness, Air's spaciousness, and Fire's passion—and get comfortable in the paradox of who you are: both soft and fierce, gentle and wild.
Unify your inner dreams
with your outer expression.
Dissolve the gap
between who you are
and how you move through the world.
Romance your life,
surrender to the fullness of being alive.
embody earth,
embody flow
What to expect
Everything i heal, heals me.
I trust in a transformation i cannot see.
Sylvia V. Linsteadt, The venus Year
MEET YOUR FACILITATORS
FIONA BAQAI
CEREMONIALIST
I blend sound and movement to help you embody presence. With over a decade of teaching yoga and meditation, I've guided teacher trainings, breathwork, soundbaths, and immersive retreats that help you feel your feelings. As a Third Culture Kid with a corporate background in tech and finance, I've navigated burnout and depression—and discovered that by working with the subtle body to process emotions, we can compost pain into wisdom, making joy the frequency we return to throughout our healing journey.
ALEXANDRIA ROBY
CERAMIC ARTIST
After more than a decade in the digital design industry, I felt a deep pull to work with raw materials. I create ceramic art that elevates spaces and cultivates a sense of grounded beauty and intention. When working with clay, it invokes the elemental and invites play—essential to my creative renewal. I teach others how to reconnect with their sensuality and innate wildness. Rooted in dance and yoga, movement is an intrinsic part of my process—a dialogue between body and material that informs the organic shapes of my work, where rhythm and texture reflect both stillness and transformation.

Villas and common areas have standard European outlets. The standard voltage is 230 V and the frequency is 50 Hz. This is the standard in most of Europe. You will need a travel adapter for the Type C or Type F sockets used in Greece. If your devices are not dual-voltage (meaning they operate on a wider range, such as 100-240V), you may also need a voltage converter to avoid damaging them. Participants should bring their own adapters and power banks if needed.
